You will be assisted throughout the whole buying process including guidance in writing offers, deciphering what's important in the home inspection results, coordinating with your lender, and finalizing closing details. I like to make buying fun and exciting.
You will be provided with whatever information you need to make good decisions - whether it is comparable properties sold, school statistics, or community characteristics for example.
Your phone calls and emails will be returned promptly and you will be kept updated.
My job is not to be a salesperson but to be there for all your real estate needs, even beyond the closing. If things go wrong, I will be there to help

I keep current with local market conditions and publish these on a monthly basis through numerous websites, including www.realtor.com.
My successful marketing strategy for selling your property is heavily geared towards the Internet, where over 84% of buyers start their search. I have a multi-tiered approach that includes print ads, international exposure through Coldwell Banker, prominent placing on www.realtor.com (the most visited real estate web site), and creation of a unique property website.
You will be assisted through the whole selling process - from the contractual aspects to the listing to the whole processes that occur from listing to closing. My goal is to make it a stress-free and positive experience.
Periodic reviews of the pricing strategy will be conducted and recommendations made as needed. You will receive honest opinions of value so that your property is well positioned in the market.
